SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Please inspect all boxes in your order within 5 business days of delivery to confirm the order is correct and free from damage.You required to make pictures of damaged item and all the shipping supplies in order to get refund or exchange. If you receive an item that you did not order, are missing an item that you anticipated would be in your shipment, or received an item that was damaged in shipping please retain all packing materials and contact us tech@wndr.one immediately to address the issue. We will send you new table.

We want you to love your Wonder.one tables! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale and issue a full refund for products in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us at tech@wndr.one.

NO RETURNS for all discounted tables due to cosmetic issues discussed before purchasing.

Please note that tables are not for use outdoors. Leaving wooden products outside will ruin the product and doing so voids any warranty on the product. Please use care and read all product guides provided.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Once your order is processed, US deliveries can take between 5-7 business days. For any questions regarding the whereabouts of your package, please contact the carrier directly.

 
HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Once your Wonder.one order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail entailing your tracking details. You can track your parcel using the link provided in this e-mail.
You can also track your parcel on UPS website. https://www.ups.com/track  type your tracking number and click “Track”. Your shipping information will populate with the most current information available.
Please be advised that recently placed orders may take up to 3-7 business days for your shipping information to become available in our system. Please be patient and check back again soon.

 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?

If you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect, please e-mail us within 12 hours of when your original order was placed with your order number and correct and complete shipping address. Please note that we are unable to revise your address once your parcel has been processed.
Please be advised that should your parcel be returned to the sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized re-shipping postage fee.

 
CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are only eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of ordering. If your order arrives damaged, feel free to reach out and request a refund or another item. Sadly, if you have used the product already, we cannot offer a refund. If you feel that you are eligible for a refund, send us an e-mail, and we’ll do our best to get it fixed for you!

 
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN E-MAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?

Generally, we advise you to wait at least 3-7 business days before you will be updated with your tracking number. We are a tiny team here at Wonder.one, and your patience is much appreciated as we work as hard as we can to ship your order out as fast as we can. Besides, make sure that you have at least provided us with an e-mail address or phone number while checking out. We cannot update you with the whereabouts of your order if you have not given us the means to reach you.
