Please inspect all boxes in your order within 5 business days of delivery to confirm the order is correct and free from damage. You required to take pictures of the damaged item and all the shipping supplies in order to get a refund or exchange. If you receive an item that you did not order, are missing an item that you anticipated would be in your shipment or received an item that was damaged in shipping please retain all packing materials and contact us tech@wndr.one immediately to address the issue. We will send you a new table.
We want you to love your Wonder.one tables! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale and issue a full refund for products in new condition. NO RETURNS for all discounted tables due to cosmetic issues discussed before purchasing.
Please note that tables are not for use outdoors. Leaving wooden products outside will ruin the product and doing so voids any warranty on the product. Please use care and read all product guides provided.
How to Return a Product
To return an item(s), simply contact Customer Service via email to tech@wndr.one. Please note, images are required for damaged items. In the event the item is returned for reasons other than a product defect, the customer is responsible for repackaging and return shipping costs. The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for the item(s), along with an email message confirming receipt.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
Shipping and Handling Policy
Most Orders are shipped UPS or USPS within 1 day of your order being received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Some items will take longer as noted on the item page.
An incorrect shipping address, payment delay or issue, large quantity orders, or a UPS/USPS failure to deliver (e.g., severe weather conditions) may result in delayed shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by destination and actual weight. Shipping rates are subject to change. Customers can estimate shipping and tax by entering the destination prior to checking out or contact us at pay@wndr.one for special quotes.
